(Honolulu, Hawaii) High bandwidth, wireless communications leader Loea Corporation and award-winning Referentia Systems today announced a partnership led by Captain Jim Fordice, USN (Ret) expanding military and government related business opportunities for both companies. Loea specializes in providing a wireless solution with affordable, easy-to-deploy radio links while Referentia Systems specializes in Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) systems; Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS); and Information Technology and Services (IT&S).

Captain Fordice retired in 2006 as Chief of IT Strategy and Integration at the United States Pacific Command, capping a 27 year Navy career that included serving as C4I Systems Directorate Head (N6) for the United States Pacific Fleet.
